Zwanenzang
Deze schrijfmachine is technisch nog net dezelfde als de
eerste MP1 die in 1932 op de markt is gekomen.
Maar nu, in 1949, is hij zijn halfronde boord bovenop al een tijdje kwijt. En
steekt hij strakker in een mat antracietgrijs maatpak, klaar voor zijn laatste
ademstoot in 1950.
Swan song
This typewriter is technically the same as the
first MP1 that came onto the market in 1932.
However, now in 1949, its half-round 'collar' at the top is already gone for
some time. It now has a well fitting, matte dark-grey tailor-made suit, ready
for its last breath in 1950.
